Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has said that India's stand on terrorism is very clear. He said India is ready to hold talks with Pakistan on terrorism but terrorism and talks could not go together. Talking to media in Jaipur today, Col Rathore said that during the last one year, Prime Minister has been successful in spreading India's view point on terrorism in different countries. <br/><br/>Earlier, after launching the website of Directorate of Field Publicity, DFP, the Minister said I&B Ministry has in principle agreed to merge DFP, Song and Drama Division and Field Exhibition wing of DAVP. <br/><br/>
