External Affairs Ministry has said India's relationship with Russia is a special and privileged one which has been reinforced by the recent visit of President Vladimir Putin to Goa in October. <br/><br/>Replying to a question with reference to Pakistan-Russia relations and comments by Russia on Taliban, Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup said, New Delhi cannot comment on relationship between these two countries. He affirmed there is no downward trend in bilateral relationship with Russia. <br/><br/>
