Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Minister Parshottam Rupala today informed that there is an increase of 83 Million Metric Tons in Milk production in the last nine years compared to the 121 Million Metric Tons increase in the last 60 years. <br />''<br />''Addressing media in New Delhi, he highlighted that the Per Capita availability of Milk was 303 Grams in 2014 which has increased to 444 Grams in 2022. Underlining the Centre's efforts in making Mobile Veterinary Unit (MVUs) services available, the Minister said that over four thousand MVUs for the treatment of animals are approved and over eleven hundred of those are operational till now.<br />
