India's campaign ended at the British Open Squash championship in London with the second round defeat of Joshna Chinappa. She was defeated by Raneem El Welily of Egypt 8-11, 7-11, 7-11 in the Women's Singles event. No Indian competed in the Men's Singles since Saurav Ghosal failed to qualify.
