Indian uncapped players go to bidders on 2nd day of IPL auction

The second day of the auction for the Indian Premier League 2014 is underway in Bangalore. Highest wicket taker in the Ranji Trophy this season, Rishi Dhawan has been sold to Kings Eleven Punjab for 3 crores. Under-19 World Cup winning captain Unmukt Chand went to Rajasthan Royals for 65 lakh rupees. Jammu and Kashmir skipper Parvez Rasool was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for 95 lakh, while India's current under-19 captain Vijay Zol went to Royal Challengers Bangalore for 30 lakh rupees.Kolkata Knight Riders have bought Netherlands' Ryan Ten Doeschate for 1 crore, and Manish Pandey for 1.7 crore rupees.Our correspondent reports, on the first day of the auction yesterday, Yuvraj Singh became the highest earning IPL player, as he went to Royal Challengers Bangalore for a whopping 14 crore rupees.Dinesh Karthik and Kevin Peitersen went to Delhi Daredevils for 12.5 crores and 9 crores.
