The 14-man Indian squad for the first three ODIs against West Indies has been announced. Teenage chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav, who has had an impressive Champions League T20 campaign, is the only new face in the squad. Spinner R Ashwin has been rested and Amit Mishra returns in his place. Besides skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the squad comprises Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami, Mohit Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Murali Vijay and Kuldeep Yadav.West Indies will play 5 ODIs and a T-20 match against India .The Carribeans will wrap up the tour with 3 Tests. The first ODI will be played in Kochi on 8th October at 2.30 p.m. Meanwhile, the West Indies Cricket Board has dropped its ace spinner Sunil Narine from the squad for the upcoming India tour after Narine was banned from bowling in the Champions League Twenty20 final due to illegal bowling action.
