Indian squad for Bangladesh tour announced; Dhoni to lead ODI series while Virat to captain one-off test

The BCCI today announced the Indian squad for the upcoming series to Bangladesh which begins on the 10th of next month. Virat Kohli will captain the side for the lone Test match, while MS Dhoni will lead the team for the 3-match ODI series.Spinner Harbhajan Singh has made a return to the Test squad after a two-year absence, while all-rounder Ravinder Jadeja has been dropped from the longest format of the game for the series. Jadeja was, however, named in ODI squad.Paceman Mohammad Shami has been left out due to the injury he sustained in the World Cup.Addressing media in Mumbai today, BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur said, no final decision has been taken on the India-Pakistan series as there are many issues which need to be resolved.Mr Thakur also said that they are in the process of finalising the coach. He said, it will take time to pick the right option.
