Sixth seeded Indian Sowjanya Bavisetti caused the biggest surprise as she toppled top seed Xinyu Gao of China in the singles quarter-final of the 10,000 dollars ITF Women's Tennis Tournament in Anning, China Friday. Tied one-set all, the quarterfinal match was decided in the third set which Bavisetti clinched with ease. The Indian player won 6-2, 3-6, 6-2.Sowjanya Bavisetti will now face seventh seeded Jia-Qi Chen in the semi-final. Jia-Qi Chen defeated fourth seeded Chinese Di Zhao who retired after losing the first set
