Indian shooter Manavjit Singh Sandhu has bagged a Gold medal in the Men's trap event of the ISSF Shotgun World Cup, underway in Tucson, United States. Manavjit shot the scores of 121 and 13 in the qualification and finals, to clinch the coveted yellow metal and pip two-time Olympic champion Michael Diamond of Australia. Yesterday, Diamond had shot 119 and 9 in the qualifications and finals. The bronze medal went to Russia's Alexey Alipov. The gold medals for women's skeet and men's double trap competitions will be decided tomorrow.
