<span style="color: #222222;">Twelve Zonal Railways on Broad Gauge route have now become free from Unmanned Level Crossings. The Zones include Central Railway, Eastern Railway, North Eastern Railway, Southern Railway and West Central Railway.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Railway Ministry, in a release, said, it has decided to eliminate all Unmanned Level Crossings, UMLC on Broad Gauge.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry said, as on April this year, there were three thousand 479 UMLCs on Broad Gauge routes and most of them have been eliminated in the last seven months.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It said, remaining 77 UMLCs have also been planned to be eliminated by December this year. The Railways said, due to elimination of Unmanned Level Crossings, accidents have come down from 65 in 2009-10 to three in 2018-19.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
