Indian Railways contribute towards PM Modi's vision of bringing change in lives of common people: Prabhu

Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhu has said that Indian Railways is contributing towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of bringing change in the lives of common people. He said, providing better passenger amenities is one of the focus areas of Indian Railways. <br/><br/>Mr Prabhu was speaking after launching passenger initiatives in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Mr Prabhu, along with Union Ministers Ministers Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Uma Bharti, Jual Oram, Dharmendra Pradhan, and Rajen Gohain dedicated WiFi services at Sambalpur and Vizianagaram Station and laid foundation stone of mechanised laundry at Bhubaneswar. <br/><br/>They also flagged off Bhopal- Khajuraho Mahamana Daily Intercity Express and Bhubaneswar- Krishnarajapuram weekly Humsafar Express. Mr Prabhu said, the mechanized laundry will add more towards the travel experience of passengers. <br/><br/>He said, the two new trains will bring more convenience to the passengers of Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. The Minister said, in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh investments related to Railway projects have been increased substantially.
