Railway Minister Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu has said that Indian Railways is committed to ensure better amenities to its passengers. In an exclusive interview to All India Radio, he said the Railway has started paperless ticketing by which people can use their mobiles to buy tickets.<br/><br/>To promote comfort in Railway journey, Mr. Suresh Prabhu said lifts and escalators have been installed at several stations, apart from improvements in catering, linen and reservation facilities.
