In Andaman and Nicobar islands, the islands Lt Governor, Lt Gen Bhopindher Singh inaugurated Indian Panorama festival at Port Blair on Friday evening. Eminent film maker Maniratnam's latest Tamil film Ravanan has been screened as a inaugural film. Our Correspondent reports that this 3 day long film festival is being organized for the first time in the islands by the Directorate of Film festival in coordination with the islands administration.
