A 20-year-old Indian-origin man, Gurdeep Hayer has gone missing from Manchester, which is less than 16 kilometres from where another Indian Anuj Bidve was killed on December the 26th.

The Greater Manchester Police is looking for Gurdeep, who was last seen in Manchester in the early hours of January the 2nd. According to the police, Gurdeep was picked up by a taxi from outside a nightclub and the taxi driver may hold vital information about him.

The police said, the taxi had returned to the area, without Gurdeep, no more than eight minutes later.
