In Rajasthan, the death toll in Indian Oil Corporation depot fire has risen to eleven with one more person succumbing to his injuries in hospital on Sunday night. 27 people injured are undergoing treatment at various hospitals out of which condition of one person is serious. Flames and smoke are still coming out of oil tanks in the depot. Fuel in another eight tanks had burnt out. The covers of two tanks in the depot blew off in a blast during last night due to which some barrels in the depot caught fire.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the life in fire affected Sitapura area is returning to normalcy with strict administration allowing resuming commercial activities in selected sectors of Sitapura Industrial Area and Spectacle Economic Zone. The Chief Minister of Rajashtan Mr. Ashok Gehlot today reviewed the situation in a high level meeting. Issues like re-opening of factories in Sitapura and SEZ, relief measures and survey of loss were discussed in the meeting. Mr. M.B. Lal, the chairman of the inquiry committee is beginning today his probe into the mishap.
