Indian Navy's anti-piracy escort has successfully neutralised the third pirate boat in last four days in the Gulf of Aden, 108 kilometer South of the Yemen Coast. INS Delhi was escorting six merchant vessels with a cumulative strength of 40 Indians amongst the 147 crew on board the six ships. A cache of arms including a 7.62 mm rifle, six Rocket Propelled Grenades and ammunition was found on board. It was the 18th piracy attack that has been prevented by the Indian Navy since it started it's anti-piracy operations in Oct 2008.
