Main accused in the September 2008 Delhi serial blasts, Salman alias Chhotu of the banned Indian Mujahideen out fit has been arrested in Uttar Pradesh. He was also wanted for his alleged involvement in blasts in Kutchery premises in Varanasi,Faizabad and Lucknow on November 23, 2007, Batla house encounter in Delhi and other bomb blasts in Jaipur, Ahemedabad and Gorakpur. Delhi police has declared one lakh reward on his head. He is a resident of Azamgarh district. <br/><br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports according to UP police Salman has got training from Pakistan and he was engaged in expansion of Indian Mujahiddin network in western UP. UP police has also said that eight out of 13 persons wanted in Delhi serial bomb blasts has been arrested till now.
