The Indian senior men's team will face Lebanon in the Hero Intercontinental Football Cup final at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on Sunday. The match will start at 7.30 p.m.

In 2018, India won the inaugural tournament by defeating Kenya 2-0 in Mumbai. However, the hosts finished last in the previous edition in Ahmadabad in 2019, which was won by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. 

India finished the group stage on top of the standings with seven points and no goals conceded, with two victories over Mongolia and Vanuatu, as well as a 0-0 tie with Lebanon.
