Indian judiciary strongest, most robust in the world: Outgoing CJI Dipak Misra

<span style="color: #222222;">The outgoing Chief Justice of  India,  Dipak Misra has said, Indian judiciary has been strongest judiciary in the world having capability to handle the mind-boggling number of cases. He said,  it is the most robust institution in the world. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing his farewell function in New Delhi, Justice Misra said the independence of justice will stand erect as there is collegiality among the brother and sister judges of the Supreme Court. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said any kind of craftsmanship can not impact the independence of the judiciary. Justice Misra also said, he judged people not by their history, but by their activities and perspectives. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He added that the SC Bar Association connects a judge with ground reality and acts as a strong bridge.   </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The outgoing CJI said, the young members of the Bar enlighten our vision and he is of the view that while the experience of the Bar is to be respected, the wisdom of youth also needs to be appreciated. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking on the occasion, Chief Justice of India designate Justice Ranjan Gogoi described Justice Dipak Misra as a remarkable judge. He said, Justice Misra's greatest contribution has been to civil liberties and he has spoken against social evils like mob lynching and honour killing. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, what people should wear, eat and believe are issues, which divide them.  It is the Constitution that unites people. </span><br />
