The Government said today that the Indian IT sector has shown tremendous growth and potential even during the global economic down-turn and the world must recognise this fact. Close to the US President Mr. Barak Obama's ensuing India visit, the Minister of State for Communication and Information Technology, Sachin Pilot said that the world must realise that the Indian IT Sector has great potential to offer its services to the world as it has shown remarkable resilience to grow even during the global economic down turn. On the Diwali eve, Mr Pilot earlier launched a special two- in- one plan for the BSNL customers for a free SIM with facility to call BSNL Landlines on special tariff plan in New Delhi today.
