New Delhi says, Pakistan Foreign Minister is most welcome to visit India. Government sources said in Brussels that the invitation by the Indian Foreign Minister is on and it is for Islamabad to decide. They said, India is ready to resume dialogue with Pakistan but it is also expected of Pakistan to take concrete steps to tackle terror oufits operating at its soil and bring the perpetrators of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks to justice.
