A team of Indian intelligence officials has returned from US without quizzing American national David Coleman Headley who was arrested by the FBI on charges of plotting a major terror attack in India at the behest of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT). According to sources due to bureaucratic and procedural hurdles the team could not interrogate Headley, who is now lodged in a Chicago jail. According to the FBI, Headley was being used by the LeT to target among others the National Defence College in New Delhi, the Doon school in Dehradun and Woodstock school in Mussoorie.
