<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said, the Indian High Commission in Malaysia is in regular touch with Harbans Singh who was imprisoned on 13th of May for visa violation and released on 19th of last month. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a tweet today, the Minister said, Singh is currently in a detention camp for repatriation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, an emergency travel document has been issued by the High Commission for Singh's expeditious return. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had written to External Affairs Minister to draw his attention to the case of Harbans Singh.</span>
