Indian duo Deborah Herold and Aleena Reji have qualified for the UCI Track Cycling World Cup to be held in Manchester, England from 10th to 12th of next month. The pair obtained enough points to enter into the qualifying rounds of UCI Cycling World Cup events following their strong show in the Track Asia Cup held in New Delhi. On the final day of the tournament yesterday, Indian Cycling team finished their campaign by winning four medals, including two silver and two bronze. India topped the medal tally with seven gold, nine silver and five bronze medals in the Track Asia Cup at the IGI Sports Complex. China finished second and Indonesia secured third place.
