Harpreet Singh bagged the first prize at the second edition of the Indian Cyclothon held in New Delhi this morning. Rajendra Bishnoi and Arvind Panwar bagged the second and third position respectively. The cycle race was divided into four categories. Over 6000 cyclists and amateurs participated in the event. Our correspondent reports that the race started from Parliament street and covered a distance of 20 kilometers. A total amount of five lakh rupees was given as cash awards. The first prize winner got 1,25000 rupees, second winner was awarded 80,000 rupees and the third winner received 50,000 rupees. Apart from this several consolation prizes were also awarded.
