External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today said, Indian consulate in San Francisco is in touch with the family of deceased student Vamshi.<br/><br/>In a series of tweets, Ms Swaraj assured the family of all help and assistance. She said the culprit has been arrested. She said she has received report from the Consulate which says Vamshi was killed by a drug addict on Friday evening at Milpitas. The Minister also extended her condolences on the tragic death.
