Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that Indian Constitution is a social document to transform India. <br/><br/>Addressing a workshop organized by the Speaker's Research Initiative of Lok Sabha Secretariat in Parliament Library Building today, Mr Prasad said, the fundamental rights have gone a long way in strengthening democracy in the country. <br/><br/>Stressing upon the importance of fundamental rights, Mr Prasad stated that these rights also provide for providing equality, justice and empowerment of women.
