The Indian challenge in China Masters Super Series badminton tournament ended today. In the Women's Singles semi-finals at Changzhou, P.V. Sindhu went down fighting to World number Nine, Jiang Yanjiao of China, in three games 10-21, 21-14, 19-21. In the Men's Singles Semi-finals, Ajay Jayaram lost in straight games to Hong Kong's Hu Yun 16-21, 18-21.
