Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Communication and Information Technology, Kapil Sibal has said that despite a turbulent global economy, India's businesses have made strides to sustain the growth mechanism. Delivering the first convocation address of Hyderabad Campus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani , the Minister said that this has given hope and conviction that the innovative capabilities of Indian business and the energies of the youth will together craft country's recovery back to the high economic growth path.
