Indian athletes moving on to top of medals tally at 22nd Asian Atheletics C'ship

Indian athletes continued their spectacular run at the 22nd Asian Athletics Championships held at Odisha capital Bhubaneswar with the host nation moving on to the top of medals tally. On the third day today defending 800m champion Tintu Luka and Vishwambar Kolekar qualified for the final rounds this morning. Ankit Sharma , S Samsheer and Siddharth Mohan Naik made it to the final of men's long jump. Today Jauna Murmu will run for gold in the final of 400 metres hurdles. Besides, Poornima Hembram will also be seen in action as she finished second in Heptathlon hurdles event this morning. Ace women sprinters Dutee Chand and Shrabani Nanda will take part in 4x400m relay. So far India has won 15 medals: 6 Gold, 3 Silver, 6 Bronze while China is on the second spot with 10 medals.
