Indian-ASEAN commemorative summit to be held in Delhi on 25th Jan

The Indian-ASEAN commemorative summit will take place in Delhi on 25th of this month. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating it. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, Secretary East in the External Affairs Ministry, Preeti Saran said, terrorism and security will be discussed during the summit. <br/><br/>All ten leaders of ASEAN nations are set to participate. The leaders retreat will take place during the summit in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have frank discussions with them. Replying to a media query, Ms Saran said, India's air connectivity with Singapore is already good. However, efforts are being made to further improve it. <br/><br/>Asked about radicalization of youth, she said, the menace and ways to deal with it would be discussed. On a query, she said, India-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement is already in position and India would be happy to review it.
