Indian Army today said, that it has taken cognizance of media reports showing grievances of a serving army soldier, Lance Naik Yagya Pratap and his complaints are being addressed through existing mechanisms. <br/><br/>The Army said, it has an effective grievance redressal mechanism in place for addressing individual complaints, most satisfactorily. However, in a large establishment individual grievances cannot be ruled out. In a video, the jawan has alleged harassment by his senior officers.<br/>
