The 23-year-old Indian accused in the death of a Punjabi child Gurshan Singh Channa on Tuesday faced court in Melbourne. The accused Gursewak Dhillon did not apply for bail on a charge of manslaughter by criminal negligence. <br/> <br/>According to media reports, Dhillon sat quietly in the prisoners dock during the appearance at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court.
