India yet to get access to Headley: Nirupama Rao

India says it is yet to get access to Lashkar-e Taiba operative David Headley but negotiations are underway on this issue and it is satisfied with the progress of discussions. <br/><br/>Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said this while speaking to reporters in New Delhi on Sunday. <br/><br/>Asked whether India had any hopes of getting the access, she said the two countries have extensive cooperation between agencies on terrorism in general and the Headley case in particular.<br/><br/>When asked to comment on Pakistan approaching Interpol for arresting Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist caught during the 26/11 strikes, or his associate Fahim Ansari for trial in that country, Foreign Secretary said justice is taking its course in India in the Mumbai attacks case.
