Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Dr. Harsh Vardhan has said that India is witnessing a huge reform process under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with special focus for North Eastern states. He said, the programmes implemented over the years in the northeast itself justify the commitment of the Prime Minister. He was speaking during a brief interaction with officials of Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research, CIHSR.
