India has won two individual medals in Asian Beach Games currently being held in Oman. According to a statement of Indian Embassy in Muscat, Ambassador Anil Wadhwa honoured Hawaldar Jaswinder Singh of Border Security Forces for winning the gold medal and Inspector Jaswinder Singh from Punjab Police for winning the bronze medal. Chef de Mission of the Indian Contingent Raja K.S. Sidhu was also honored by the Ambassador on Monday. A large number of Indian Community members attended the function and encouraged the Indian participants at Asian Beach Games.
