India wins toss, elects to bat against Pakistan in second warm-up match of the ICC Twenty-20 Cricket World Cup in Colombo

Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and opted to bat at Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Having beaten Sri Lanka convincingly in their first warm up match by 26 runs, India would be looking to keep the momentum going, ahead of the tournament, which officially begins tomorrow.AIR correspondent reports that 12 teams, divided into 4 Groups, are participating in the World Cup. Team India have been given a place in Group-A, alongside Afghanistan and defending champions England. India will meet Afghanistan in their opening encounter on Wednesday, while hosts Sri Lanka will play Zimbabwe in the opening match tomorrow.
