India beat England by six wickets in the third cricket one-day international at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, today to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series. Chasing a victory target of 228 runs, India made 228 for the loss of four wickets in 43 overs. For India, Ajinkya Rahane 45,Virat Kohli 40 ,Suresh Raina 42 and Ambati Rayudu 64 were the main scorers.Earlier, sent in to bat, England were restricted to 227 in the stipulated 50 overs. After a solid 82 run opening stand, England lost quick wickets against quality spin bowling by R.Aswhin, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja and Ambati Rayudu who incidentally replaced injured Rohit Sharma.
