India will seek direct access to Let operative Headley

India will seek direct access to LeT operative David Headley accused in the Mumbai and other terror attacks. According to sources a letter will be finalised next week to seek the Headley's access. <br/><br/>Sosurces said that India would like to interrogate Headley face-to-face and it will send a magistrate to the United States to record the his statement whenever permission for access to him is granted. <br/><br/>It may be recalled that Headley had recently pleaded guilty to all the twelve charges against him. Under the plea bargain agreement, Headley has agreed to testify before the foreign judicial process in the United States.
