Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India will provide help for all round development of Nepal. Addressing a constituent assembly of Himalayan State in Kathmandu on Sunday, Mr.Modi said that India has offered to help Nepal in highways, information technology and transmission lines.

In his 45-minute speech, Prime Minister referred to age old cultural and social relations between the two countries. He said that Nepal is going through an important task of writing its constitution.

Mr. Modi started his address in Nepali language and than moved to in Hindi. Most of the time law makers were scene applauding him for interesting comments.
