Union minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh said that , ISIS is a threat for the entire world. Talking to media in Guwahati today, Mr. Singh said that India will not allow the outfit to lure people. He also assured that neighbouring Myanmar is taking care of India's concern in tackling terrorism. The minister said that the Centre has set the target to provide E-tourist visa facility to over 100 countries by the end of this year and also expected that this facility will be reciprocal.
