Overnight batsmen, Murali Vijay on 128 and Cheteshwar Pujara on 80 were at the crease. Vijay hit a century to lead India's solid first innings reply. This is his 10th Test century. Earlier, the hosts resumed their first innings at the overnight score of 11 for 1. Lokesh Rahul is the wicket that fell. Yesterday, India had bundled out the Lankans for 205 after the visitors opted to bat. Ravichandran Ashwin bagged four wickets, while Ravindra Jadeja and Ishant Sharma took three each.
