India today welcomed the successful conclusion of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear issue. Responding to a media query on the Iranian nuclear deal between UK, US, Russia, China, France and Germany, External Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup said New Delhi has always maintained that the issue should be resolved peacefully through dialogue by respecting Iran's right to peaceful uses of nuclear energy. ?
