India vs Australia, 2nd Test, Day 1: Murli Vijay's ton drives India to 311/4

India were at a comfortable 311 for four at the close of the opening day of 2nd cricket test at Brisbane. Ajinkya Rahane was unbeaten at 75 with Rohit Sharma (26) at the other end. Opener Murli Vijay, who notched up his 5th test hundred to guide India to a good position, was dismissed for 144. For Australia, Josh Hazlewood was the most successful bowler as he bagged two wickets of Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara. Earlier, Indian Captain M S Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first.
