On the second day of his four-day visit to Vietnam, Mr. Naidu held wide-ranging high-level talks with top Vietnamese leadership, including Vice President,&nbsp; Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh and Chairperson of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Nguyen Kim Thi Ngan.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to an official release issued in New Delhi, Mr. Naidu said that his talks with Vice President,&nbsp; Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh were extensive and productive.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a joint press statement, Mr. Naidu said that both India and Vietnam were fully committed to an open, transparent, inclusive and rules-based regional architecture. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During his talks with the Vietnamese leadership, the Vice President told them that the exchange of high-level visits from both the sides was a clear indication of the commitment of both the countries to further strengthen Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.&nbsp;</span><br />'' &nbsp;
