India and the US will sign pacts in the field of agriculture, space, clean energy and health during the Presiden Obama's visit to India beginning from Saturday. The thrust of the discussions will be on enhancing economic partnership.Briefing reporters about the visit the foreign secretary Nirupama Rao said that that obstacles on the issue of dual-use technology need to be reviewed. She said that India has invited US companies to explain to them the provisions of its domestic civil nuclear liability law and address their concerns and a delegation will be coming to India shortly.Referring to the on going cooperation between the two countries on counter terrorism, she said that an action plan will be drawn on specific areas of cooperation.
