The Centre has undertaken a security audit of all oil depots in the country after the recent fire at the oil depot in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Talking to reporters in Jaipur, Mr. Jitin Prasad, Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas said, the audit will be completed by December end. He said, the shortcomings at all oil depots will be addressed and if necessary, some depots would be shifted to safer places.
