The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted gradual rise in maximum temperature by 2 to 4 degree centigrade over most parts of the country during the next five days. It said, the maximum temperatures will be in the range of 38 to 39 degree centigrade over parts of West Bengal, interior Odisha, West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rayalaseema. It said, the temperature will rise gradually by two to four degree centigrade over most parts of Northwest, West, Central and East India. The weather office has also forecast that no heat wave conditions are likely over any part of country during next five days.<br />” <br />”IMD has predicted likelihood of thunderstorms with gusty winds over Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh during the next two days. It said, a cyclonic circulation lies over West Rajasthan and neighbourhood in mid-tropospheric level. The weather office forecast light rainfall with thunderstorm and gusty winds over Odisha during the next three days and over Jharkhand tomorrow.
