Six-time champions India will take on Nepal in a Group A encounter of the South Asian Football Federation Cup at Thiruvananthapuram today. The Hosts are high on their confidence after a 2-0 win over Sri Lanka in their campaign opener. India have beaten Nepal once in their last three recent clashes while the other two have been drawn encounters.Meanwhile, two slots from Group B of semi-final berth were filled yesterday evening as Afghanistan and Maldives won their respective encounters. Afghanistan beat Bhutan 3-Zero while Maldives defeated Bangladesh 3-1 to advance. The remaining two slots of semis from Group A will be finalised after India's match.
