India will take on Ireland in the quarterfinals of Women's Hockey World Cup in London tonight. 

The match will begin at 10:30 PM. Indian eves can create history if they win a semi-final berth today. 

They had defeated Italy 3-0 in the playoffs to book a place in the last-8 of the World Cup, for the first time since 1978. 

They had finished seventh in that edition, which was held in Madrid.
